There we can upload any resources such as Documents & Images of the claim that may assist in our Insurance Assessing process. We don't like to leave our clients in the dark. Every communication we make with any involved parties such as the Loss Adjuster or Surveyors, we update the Insurance File on Trackpro which can also be viewed by yourself.
